Depending on the cable characteristics, either a rubber clamp or a blade clamp can be selected to ensure stable stripping, even for cables that are difficult to process manually or with conventional stripping tools.

  • Numeric control of clamping force, stripping speed, and other processing parameters with recipe management
  • Effectively strips low-friction jackets and tightly bonded insulation materials
  • Supports both full stripping and semi-stripping; stripped material is collected by a dust collection system

Advanced Shield Stripper

ASS-100

Designed for use after laser processing, this system folds and removes pre-soldered braided shields quickly and reliably.

The system bends the pre-tinned braided shield in both upward and downward directions at the laser-processed area, then securely clamps and removes the shield.

  • Numerical control of bending angle and clamping force to match different cable characteristics
  • Stripped shield material is automatically collected by a dust collection system
  • Processes multiple cables simultaneously within a 100 mm effective processing area

Advanced Soldering Machine

Provides consistent, high-quality pre-soldering of cable conductors using a solder bath immersion process.

The system delivers reliable pre-soldering for shield wires, center conductors, and metal foil shields. Key process parameters—including immersion depth, immersion speed, and dwell time—are digitally controlled and managed through programmable recipes.

  • Reliable pre-soldering all the way to the base of shield wires and center conductors
  • Precise control of solder coating thickness
  • Continuous monitoring of solder temperature and solder level to ensure stable pre-soldering quality
