BUS type

This is a manually operated butt welding machine primarily used in wire drawing processes.

Workpiece Clamping : Manual Lever Operation
Upset Force : Spring-loaded (manually adjustable)

Operation: Welding current is applied by pressing the start button. (Foot switch optional)

BHA type

This pneumatic butt welding machine is designed for high-volume production applications, particularly where frequent welding operations are required for component manufacturing.

Operation: By pressing the foot switch, the clamping, current application, upsetting pressure, electrode return, and clamp release are performed automatically.

BOE type

This heavy-duty pneumatic butt welder is designed for hard-to-weld materials such as high-carbon steel wire.

Operation: After the workpiece is clamped by the foot switch, current application, upsetting, electrode retraction, and workpiece release are automatically performed by pressing the start button.
